Senior AI / ML Engineer

Engineering • Full-time
Design and ship ML models for on-device security — detection, recognition and anomaly scoring on constrained edge hardware.
What You'll Do
- Design and train models for detection, recognition and anomaly scoring
- Quantise and optimise models (int8, TFLite) for microcontroller-class hardware
- Build multimodal fusion pipelines across many signal types
- Take models from prototype to deployed firmware
What We're Looking For
- Strong Python and PyTorch / TensorFlow experience
- Perception / signal ML background
- Bonus: edge / embedded ML, model quantisation
Embedded / Firmware Engineer

Hardware • Full-time
Own the device layer — capture, power and reliability on XO Core-class hardware in real-world deployments.
What You'll Do
- Develop firmware for XO Core and related platforms
- Optimise power, capture and on-device inference paths
- Build reliable connectivity and OTA update flows
- Work hand-in-hand with the ML team on deployment
What We're Looking For
- C / C++ embedded experience (ESP-IDF, Arduino or PlatformIO)
- Comfort with sensors, peripherals and low-power design
- Bonus: on-device ML, perception pipelines
Full-Stack Engineer

Build the platform — backend services and the operator dashboard that turn detections into action.
What You'll Do
- Develop Python backends (Flask / FastAPI) and APIs
- Build real-time monitoring and alerting features
- Shape the operator-facing dashboard experience
- Own features end-to-end, from schema to UI
What We're Looking For
- Solid Python backend experience
- Comfortable with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Bonus: real-time systems, WebSockets, cloud deployment
Video Podcast Consultant
📍 Remote/Ranchi
Marketing • Part time Consulting
XO Sense is building a new class of AI-powered security hardware, made in Ranchi for India, and we’re launching our own video podcast. We’re looking for a consultant who can take it from raw recordings to polished, studio-quality episodes. You’ll plan the podcast format, set up the recording workflow, and guide us on camera, lighting and audio. You’ll edit full episodes and cut short clips for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. You’ll add clean motion graphics and animations to explain tech ideas simply. You’ll add accurate subtitles in English and Hindi to every episode and clip. Everything should match the XO Sense look: bold yellow on black, with our fox logo and branding. You’ll build reusable templates for intros, outros, lower thirds and thumbnails so every episode feels consistent.
